Information submitted through the contact and application forms is used solely to respond to your request and is not passed on to third parties. Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your data, which you can exercise by writing to contact@axys-network.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority).

The data controller is Axys-Network. Form data is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States), which processes it solely on behalf of Axys-Network; this transfer outside the European Union is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Retention period: contact requests are kept for three years from the last exchange; applications and CVs for two years from the last contact, unless you ask for earlier deletion.

This site sets no advertising or audience-measurement cookies and uses no third-party trackers, so no consent banner is required. Fonts and video are hosted on the site itself.
